is a retired U.S. Army officer, entrepreneur, and business coach with more than two decades of executive leadership experience across the Department of Defense and the private sector. A native of Boykins, Virginia, he has led complex, high-performing organizations in environments where accountability, strategic execution, and mission success were essential.
In addition to his military service, Antwon has been an entrepreneur since 2007, successfully launching, growing, and exiting multiple businesses across several industries. Following his retirement from the U.S. Army, he founded Skillful Brands, a business growth and technology firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs simplify their operations, implement scalable systems, and build sustainable businesses.
Today, Antwon focuses his efforts on advancing the Skillful Brands ecosystem, which includes The Skillful Framework, Skillful CRM, Skillful Projects, and Skillful Connect. Through these solutions, he helps entrepreneurs build businesses that are less dependent on the owner and better positioned for growth.
He holds degrees and professional education credentials from Virginia State University, Florida Institute of Technology, the United States Army Command and General Staff College, and Florida State University.
